Information submitted through the contact form(s) on this Site are sent to my email address. The plugin, in itself, does not:
- Track users by stealth
- Write any user personal data to the database
- Send any data to external servers
- Use cookies
While I keep these form submissions for membership and/or enquiry purposes, they are never shared with third parties.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, I collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Who I Share Your Data With

How Long I Retain Your Data
Data will be stored for the duration of CAPEX Tips and where data must be stored longer to fulfill duties of care and within the law.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on this Site (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
